NBO-GLAD [Graduate Leadership Assessment & Development] program addresses the employability gap that currently exists amongst graduates stepping into the workforce.

The program comprises aspects of assessment, training, evaluation, and development of personal, interpersonal, and soft technical skills with the objective of enhancing graduates’ self-awareness, self-development, skill development, and skill application to increase their employment opportunities.

This project is a collaboration between the private sector and public universities to develop a program of international standards for Malaysian graduates.
